Sundays - Social bike ride - 9:00am
- Theses rides will leave the Great Cornard sports centre at 9:00am and will be at the pace of the slowest rider.
- We will ride out to a café for coffee and cake, then ride back.
- The distances and ride times will vary depending on the route and which riders are out.
