Mondays - Run Session - 7:30pm-8:30pm - Sudbury Health Centre £3 (During winter) Cornard Sports Track (During Summer)
- Suitable for all, this session will focus on fitness, skills and techniques to improve your running and pace.
- This is not a long run, you do not need to be able to achieve a specific distance or pace.
- There isn’t a one size fits all approach to run coaching. TRISudbury has members all along the run and fitness spectrum and the run coaching sessions are tailored to ensure that everyone benefits. All activities are offered at an individual’s own effort levels and no one is left behind, to ensure that everyone achieves the best possible outcome.
- Some athletes are born sprinters, some with endurance and some wonder how they’ll make it to the end of the road. The run coaching sessions focus on strength, endurance, fitness, skills and techniques. Skills and techniques can make a huge difference to pace and therefore fitness and endurance, increasing confidence and your ability to run further so we always look not just at the group but watch and observe each individual’s style to offer the best advice.
There are no wrong ways to run; every way that you do it or have learnt or picked up along the way is valid, if you’re running, but making small adaptations to your style can make your technique much more efficient so, for the same amount of effort, you can run further; what’s not to love about that?
